Each face shield is folded and wrapped inside an instruction manual. This is then packed inside a polybag which is further packed in a shipper.The product description, re-order code and product information such as lot number, manufacturer’s name and contact details and country of manufacture are printed on the instruction manual.
The shipper labels contain the product description, lot no, re-order code, shipper gross weight, shipper dimensions, expiry date, country of manufacture and manufacturer’s name and contact details.
Instruction of Use
Resuscitation face shield is intended to assist in the application of mouth to mouth resuscitation in emergency and first aid situations. Using the oval shaped exhale, air can be exhaled into the patient thereby eliminating aspects ofdanger to the operator administering first aid and reducing chances of cross contamination.
