Labeling
Each pack is individually wrapped and has its own label. The product description, re-order code, lot no, expiry date, size, barcode, manufacturer’s name and contact details, “hospital quality” symbol, sterilization method,storage instructions and country of manufacture is printed on it. Also caution “There is a potential for the X-ray thread to detach from the swab or sponge if the product is used in a manner contrary to the intended use” is printed on it.
Each shipper is labeled with product description, re-order code,lot no, quantity, manufacturer’s name and contact details, shipper gross weight and dimensions, country of manufacture and storage instruction.

Store in clean, dry environment away from direct sunlight.

Instruction of Use
ThreadX®Packing gauze is used for packing deep wounds, undermining and tunnels and to absorb bleeding. To use packing gauze, the policies and procedures of the clinical setting must be followed.
