Each pack is labelled with product brand and description, lot number, expiry date, weight, method of sterilisation, barcode, storage instruction, country of manufacture and manufacturer contact details.The words “STERILE-SINGLE USE ONLY” and “STERILITY GUARANTEED UNLESS PACKAGE OPENED OR DAMAGED” is also clearly printed on the label. Also caution “There is a potential for the X-ray thread to detach from the swab or sponge if the product is used in a manner contrary to the intended use” is printed on it.
Each shipper is labelled with product description,re-order no, quantity, gross weight, dimensions, lot number, bar code, quantity, manufacturer name and contact details, storage instructions and country of manufacture.
